Internet Protocol Television delivers TV over a broadband connection instead of cable or satellite. With 4K Dream you log into a player (Smarters, TiviMate, MAG) and stream live TV plus VOD.

Streams use H.264 compression around 8 Mbit. Changing channels can briefly spike higher, which is why 16 Mbit is the minimum and 30 Mbit is recommended for HD.

Activation and technical tickets are answered between 1 and 2 hours in normal conditions. We aim to reply within the hour; peak hours can take up to 3 hours. WhatsApp is the fastest path.

On webOS or Tizen TVs, if streams are multicast, turn on UDP to HTTP in the app settings and configure it on your router.

Always prefer an Ethernet cable to your Firestick adapter, MAG, Android box or Smart TV. Wi-Fi congestion is the most common cause of buffering.

Pause 10–15 seconds then resume. Restart the router, switch to Ethernet, and confirm you have 30 Mbps. If your ISP blocks IPTV traffic, test another connection and message support to check if your IP is blocked.

Submit a ticket or WhatsApp 4K Dream Global Support and ask to check if your IP is blocked. It will be unblocked if that is the case.
