Terms of Service

What we provide

4KDreamStream provides IPTV subscriptions and IPTV reseller panels only. We do not claim rights to third-party channels or VOD. Line-ups can change without notice. Our job is to activate the subscription for the paid period; a screenshot of expiry may be sent to your email or WhatsApp.

One connection

1 subscription = 1 connection. You may not watch on more than one device at the same time. Doing so can permanently terminate the line.

Device details

You are responsible for sending device type, model, app and MAC when required. If missing, we send M3U and cannot always convert later.

Maintenance and buffering

Providers maintain servers. Buffering, freezing and temporarily missing titles occur on every IPTV platform. Pause 10–15 seconds, use Ethernet, and test 30 Mbps. This is the nature of the service you are buying.

Delivery

Credentials are usually sent within minutes after a clear payment, at most 1 business day.

Resellers

We activate the panel and load agreed credit points. We do not run your customer support desk. Credits once loaded follow the refund policy.

Wrong receiver

We are not responsible for subscriptions purchased for the wrong box type.

Cancellation

You do not need to tell us to cancel. The line ends when the paid duration ends. No extra payment is required to stop.

Packages

Channels and VOD may be added or removed according to broadcasting and provider rules. 4KDreamStream is a service transporter, not the rights holder.

Insurance

No insurance is provided for any service.

Payment

PayPal, cards (3-D Secure may be required) and crypto. Failed cards: ask your bank to allow the transaction.

Accounts

You confirm you are 18+, information is accurate, and you keep credentials confidential.
