Trial first

The 24-hour 4K Dream trial exists so you can test your internet, device and channel list before paying. Use it.

Not delivered

If we fail to send working Xtream/M3U/MAG details after a confirmed payment, you get a replacement line or a full refund of that payment.

Unusable at our fault

If the paid line cannot load any live TV from our server side within the first 24 hours, and you cooperated (Ethernet test, speed test, IP check), we replace the line or refund.

After activation

No refund for change of mind, unused days, or “I wanted two connections”. One connection is the product.

ISP / Wi-Fi / device

Buffering from weak Wi-Fi, ISP filters or an underpowered Firestick Lite is not a server defect. We help you troubleshoot; that is not automatic money back.

Reseller credits

Unused credit packs can be discussed before first consumption. Credits already used to create lines or trials are not reversible.
