Yes. A box with Play Store gives you Smarters/TiviMate and turns a basic TV into a smart one, with Gmail and browsers if you want them.
Smart IPTV Samsung — MAC + 4K Dream M3U
MAC inside the app, M3U on our side, then a reboot of Smart IPTV.
Smart IPTV is a player with its own short trial and a one-time developer donation (historically a few euros). That is separate from your 4K Dream plan. We only host the playlist on the 4K Dream server.
Install Smart IPTV from Samsung Apps
Open the app, write down the MAC address shown on the start screen.
Send MAC on WhatsApp
We register that MAC against your 4K Dream M3U. Activation is usually minutes.
Reload the app
Exit Smart IPTV completely and reopen. Groups should appear. If not, wait two minutes and retry — Tizen caches aggressively.
UDP to HTTP
If the stream works in VLC on a PC but not on Tizen/webOS, enable UDP to HTTP in Smart IPTV settings and set the matching rule on your router.
Pay the app author if prompted
After Smart IPTV’s own trial, complete their donation so the player keeps running. Your 4K Dream subscription remains billed by us.
